Jean-Frédéric Neuburger - "Prélude"

Jean-Frédéric Neuburger's muse has always been sensitive: she is even more so when the world is suffering, in the fight against illness and the uncertain and fragile aspiration for the return of freedom. This muse is always an event to welcome her advent - it will certainly be on May 7 in Hamburg during the world premiere of the Prélude for strings, "a music that works on the theme of lack", as the composer wrote. Which adds in the form of an invitation for each listener to a personal journey through time: "Written during the Covid-19 pandemic where we live in lockdowns and curfews and where we miss a lot of things or beings. The orchestra is missing, there are only the strings. The music is missing, there is a lot of silence. This piece is made so that in the midst of these silences, everyone who feels like it can remember something of themselves, a memory, a lack, or more. " Listeners will soon have the chance to witness the creation of Jean-Frédéric Neuburger.
