Éric Montalbetti, Concerto for flute & orchestra
The premiere of a first concerto, especially when the soloist is Emmanuel Pahud, is always a considerable event in the career of a composer. On May 8th, the Victoria Hall in Geneva will host the world premiere (followed the day after by the French premiere at La Seine Musicale) of the Concerto for flute & orchestra "Memento Vivere" by Éric Montalbetti conducted by Jonathan Nott with the Orchestre de la Suisse Romande.
